About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Course Enquiries Assistant to join our established CRM and Course Enquiries Team based in the Student Recruitment, Admissions and Marketing Service. The main focus of this role is to provide an outstanding front line customer experience for prospective students and key influencers.

You will handle queries via telephone, email and in-person, as well as supporting broader student recruitment initiatives such as open days, offer holder days and campus tours. This role could be suitable for a recent graduate and provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with a positive attitude and the right skills to join a friendly and professional team.

 About You

As Course Enquiries Assistant you will have:

  • Proven experience of working within a customer focused environment, delivering tailored information
  • An excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • An ability to communicate effectively in person and using a range of platforms, including phone, email and social media 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
