Working with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities.

This includes handling enquiries received through different routes, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams.  You will also provide a friendly and efficient reception service for students, staff, visitors, and other external stakeholders, within agreed customer service levels and standards.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Experience of delivering a broad range customer-focused enquiry and support services
  • Experience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties
  • The ability to produce written communications clearly and concisely
