We are currently recruiting for the post of Course Administrator for one permanent role in the School of Built Environment, Engineering and Computing.


The postholder will provide efficient administrative support for courses. Duties will include proactive management of course administration, acting as a key contact point for students and the course team. Maintaining and updating localised and centralised records, organising and servicing of meetings and compiling reports.

The postholder will possess high level spreadsheet, database and word processing skills; the ability to communicate with both internal and external customers; work with academic and professional services staff as part of a team. They will also be able to prioritise workloads under pressure and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.


This is a part-time role with a working pattern of working Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
