About You

Working closely with the Manager, Quality Enhancement, you will coordinate a range of designated tasks that support the College of Business and Law's quality function. You will be responsible for providing high level advice on quality and compliance, across the College and provide oversight of the distribution of student feedback data and delivery of timely responses by Schools, including course enhancement activities.

In addition, you will provide leadership for the College's response to internal and external audits and programs reviews.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative role with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
  • Knowledge of tertiary regulatory and quality frameworks, audit, risk identification and management, and external compliance requirements, including AQF, ASQA, HESG, VRQA, VCAA, ESOS, and TEQSA.
  • Highly developed organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proven experience in the coordination of projects, planning, communication, implementation, evaluation and reporting using standard project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct effective meetings and compose correspondence, minutes and action-oriented reports.
  • Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven initiative and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to quickly extract the priority issues and, where appropriate, take action without specific direction.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, and ability to interpret and apply, policies, provide advice, and work collaboratively with colleagues beyond the immediate work unit to achieve team and organisational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create efficient and effective work practices through successful technology solutions and champion the implementation of new technology and ways of thinking.
