We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Support Officer working within our busy Estates Department, reporting to, and supporting the Estates Contracts Manager in the delivery and management of the hard and soft maintenance and facilities contracts.

You will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to use a range of computer applications including MS Office Suite and Facilities Management systems.  You will be a strong confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.   Knowledge of Facilities and Contract Management is essential.

The Estates Department consists of a team of professionals, who continue to manage and develop a high-quality estate. The University has an ongoing commitment to invest in its estate and to have high quality maintenance and facilities operations. This post forms an essential part of that team.

We embrace flexibility and a hybrid culture of working; therefore, you will have the opportunity to combine working on campus and from home. Most on-campus days will be based at Lawress Hall on our Riseholme Campus, however there will also be occasions where you will need to work on the Brayford Campus as well. A free shuttle bus for staff operates between the campuses to make your commute as simple as possible.

If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this exciting opportunity, please contact Claire Collier, Contracts Manager at [email protected] .

In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
