The University of Hull has adopted a new professional service delivery model following extensive consultation with stakeholders from across the University with a single professional service culture for the University underpinned by close partnering and seamless service provision across professional staff in central and Faculty teams.  

Working within the Student Administration Directorate which forms part of the wider Academic Services, you will be providing key administrative support and guidance to both colleagues, students, and internal and external stakeholders who access the service.

We are looking to appoint an experienced person to lead and manage the University’s Student Conduct and Complaints team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing University policy and procedure in relation to student complaints and non-academic misconduct at all times ensuring that students are provided with appropriate information, advice, guidance, and support. They will also be responsible for embedding a university-wide culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, ensuring appropriate training is in place for staff as well as clear communications with support for the student conduct and complaints team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
