About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Estates and Facilities Management division. You will have the opportunity to assist the Maintenance manager as well as the contract managers and technicians, ensuring all required contract and compliance systems and records are maintained.
You will also hold responsibility for coordinating planned maintenance and compliance works across the University to minimise risk and disruption. You will support the team with allocation of works to members of the team.
About you
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of estate related legislation and regulation and hold an IOSH Managing Safety certificate to reflect this knowledge. We would also expect you to have relevant contract service delivery experience - previous experience within the Higher Education setting would be advantageous.
Familiarity or experience working with management and compliance systems such as Zetasafe, TraqIT, PRIME or MiCAD would be ideal.
As an individual, we would expect you to have a strong focus on the customer experience, reflected in strong communication and organisational skills.
