College Liaison Tutor (3 Posts) (Fixed Term)

Leeds Trinity University is looking to appoint an experienced academic to support the University’s Collaborative partnership delivery.  Co-ordinated through the Academic Partnerships Unit (APU), the University offers outstanding educational opportunities and experiences to a diverse range of students across the UK. For this key role, we are seeking an individual with experience in teaching and liaison/coordination activities within Higher Education, ideally with an academic background in business, management, marketing or computer science. You will be responsible for assuring the quality of student experience, teaching, learning and assessment at the partner college through teaching observations, participating in standardisation and assessment meetings, marking and moderation, developing course material working with and mentoring partner staff and coordinating with the partner college on day-to-day operational activity.

Knowledge of University academic regulations, processes and procedures and a good understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with working with a diverse range of students at undergraduate and postgraduate level are essential for this post.  Above all, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate expertise in key aspects of teaching, learning and quality assurance, and a commitment to providing the best possible student experience.

You will be required to work across our Horsforth Campus and Leeds City centre campus as well as home working, to be discussed.

The postholder will support partner/s at various UK locations therefore there will be additional travel to London and other campus sites when required.
