Who We Are

The Academic Partnership Unit (APU) at Coventry University works across the University group to identify, develop and support academic collaborations between Coventry University, both in the UK and around the world. Providing extensive support to our partners, the APU primarily helps to facilitate the development, management and delivery of academic programmes jointly with overseas education providers. We are looking to recruit two Senior Collaborative Administrators.

Who You Are

As a member of the Collaboration Support Team you will ideally be educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience), with extensive administrative experience and a proven ability in dealing with a range of internal/external customers, correspondence and minutes. Experience of international activities and working within an educational environment would be an advantage.

You should have excellent customer care skills and a proactive approach, with the ability to problem solve within a team environment.  You will be organised, with excellent administrative and communication skills, both written and oral. Being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst ensuring great attention to detail is a must.
