An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trial Manager within the Academic Unit, Mental Health and Clinical Neurosciences, to collaborate in the real-world assessment of artificial intelligence mood monitoring in a perinatal population. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in early-stage research with a direct clinical focus, alongside our partner BlueSkeye Al. The initial fixed-term attachment may lead into longer term involvement in the programme, whilst developing key skills in the expanding field of digital assessment for mental health.

The post holder will work alongside clinical academics at the University of Nottingham, together with clinicians from maternity and perinatal mental health services. Your role will focus on managing the trial, including key meetings, supported by senior clinical academics and members of the clinical research network.

Applicants will need: Degree in nursing or equivalent in psychology or a relevant health care profession OR substantial relevant work experience commensurate with the level of post; previous experience of working with participants in mental health research; excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to collaborate productively with members of a research team, and Satisfactory Enhanced disclosure obtained from the Disclosure and Barring Service.

The post will be offered as a full-time (36.25 hours per week), fixed term position, available until 31/05/2025. Part-time (minimum of 30 hours per week) and Job share arrangements may be considered.
