The role

This is an exciting time to join Bristol Dental School at our state-of-the-art clinical teaching facility. The role holder will play a key role within the School, working closely with the Registered Manager and leadership team to ensure safe and effective clinical management and leadership of Bristol Dental School.  

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an outstanding individual to play a core role in the management of clinical governance framework in the Dental School, ensuring the safety and quality of the clinical activity is maintained and enhanced and in accordance with regulatory requirements. The post holder will work closely with dental clinical departments to support quality improvement initiatives, and high-quality patient experience in the context of an academic clinical training environment. 

You should apply if

We are seeking an outstanding individual with excellent communication skills who can work effectively with a range of stakeholders such as patients, students, clinical teams, and external organisations. Able to work proactively and at times independently to troubleshoot issues, the role holder will have demonstratable project management skills to respond to changes in the regulatory environment. Whilst not essential, experience of working in a dental environment is desirable.
