Permanent contract

Salary £21,828 per annum (£8,849.19 pro rata) plus 0.68p of supplement to bring you to £12.03 per hour living wage.

The Team

To assist in the delivery of an excellent, efficient, customer orientated cleaning service to the agreed departmental standard as outlined in the work schedule and cleaning specification.

The role

The post holder will provide an excellent cleaning service in any of the following areas on any University sites- offices, teaching rooms, bedrooms, corridors, toilets and bathrooms, shower areas and servicing rooms. Tasks can include vacuuming, damp dusting, washing windows, emptying recycling/waste bins, making beds.

The successful candidate will ensure that potential hazards, damages and breakages are reported promptly.

It is also important that the role holder creates an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports all students
