As the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead on creating sector leading programmes, continuing professional development and lifelong learning opportunities through driving innovation to create a world-leading online learning experience.  You will generate and oversee strategies, processes and procedures that will enable UoNO to grow a consistent, scalable and high-quality suite of online learning experiences that operate within a ‘skills-centric and competency-based’ learning framework.  

You will actively seek out these opportunities and build powerful partnerships with a commercial mindset for the benefit of UoNO. In addition, you will build and manage the production and delivery teams, developing an ambitious and dynamic culture based upon the University of Nottingham’s values, inclusivity, ambition, openness, fairness and respect.  

You will also provide strategic oversight of content and user experience, creating and delivering a vision for a scalable digital campus. Alongside this you will take responsibility for all reporting of UoNO’s business activity and commercial performance to the relevant governance boards.
