The Board of Alfred Health seeks to appoint a Chief Executive with proven experience leading a large multi-site, integrated health service. Visionary with outstanding people leadership skills, the Chief Executive will work closely with the Board and staff to build on a culture of values based, high quality and equitable health care. Candidates will demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills and an ability to work with a range of partners. Critical to the role will be strong financial management and a track record of systems improvement. A well-developed understanding of what is required to ensure excellence in research and teaching outcomes alongside high quality patient care will set candidates apart.
