Chef de Partie

Contract: Full-Time, 37 hours per week

Responsible to: Head Chef

Salary range: up to £25,200 per annum

We are seeking a Chef De Partie to join our very busy kitchen preparing and cooking food for our students, fellows, staff and conference/function guests throughout the year.

You should be passionate about food and able to contribute to the high standards our customers expect. Previous experience together with City and Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent is essential.  Previous experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage.

A straight shift system working five days over seven is in place.
