Your role as a Chef de Partie: 

  • We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking people, who have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills who will take pride in their work and who enjoy working in a fast paced  Environment. You will have a passion for providing high quality food in a busy environment and have proven experience of working with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes within a busy kitchen.

The hours of work are part time, 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 to be arranged including regular weekends for 52 weeks of the year. Flexibility to work a range of shifts will be required.
