Applications are invited for the post of Change Manager to join our Strategic Planning team.

Royal Holloway, University of London, is one of the UK’s leading research-intensive universities and is consistently first among the University of London institutions for student satisfaction. 

Our new 3-year strategic plan launches this year and brings with it a wealth of opportunities for new ways of working, innovation and collaboration across the College. This exciting new role has been created to provide change management support to enable this plan to be successful and to bring about the key objectives it outlines. 

Working with senior managers to bring the change to life across the University and to enable the people at Royal Holloway to work together to achieve our plan. You will have experience of managing effective business change projects and understand the importance of putting people implications at the centre of this work.
