Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus is a flagship project for the University of Bristol – an exciting new campus in the heart of the city. It requires someone who can expertly assess the gap between where people are now and where we need them to be to realise the benefits of this new campus, identifying the barriers to change and delivering the solutions to overcome them.

You will be part of a central team of change management professionals, but your work will be embedded within the Temple Quarter Programme Team, with whom you will work very closely.

You have extensive knowledge of, and experience in applying change management methodologies and practices to strategic programmes or projects within a large, complex organisation.

You will be a confident communicator and able to build relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have an interest in how change impacts people and an ability to understand the complexity of this ambitious initiative.

You will be excited by the task of preparing people for change, overcoming barriers, problem solving and actively engaging people.
