Casual -Assistant Administrator
Rate of Pay: £12.29 per hour plus 12.07% accrued holiday per total value
Working Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)
Duration: Maximum of 3 months
The Collaborative Partnerships Unit is a central University service that works with partner institutions in the UK and overseas which are delivering University degrees as franchised programmes of study.
Main duties & responsibilities:
The assistant administrator role requires strong attention to detail, as well as use of the University’s student record system, for which appropriate training will be given.
The role would be attractive to recent graduates seeking to gain work experience, as well as those with experience of working in an office environment. The post-holder will be supported in completing specific tasks relating to our student and curriculum records, programme and module documentation, as well as general administrative support within the office.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
• Proficient administrative and date entry skills
• A strong commitment to team work
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• A good working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and learn new skills
