This full-time office based position is available immediately on a permanent basis.

About the role   

Based in the busy University Student Cases team, this post represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop and enhance their knowledge of the processes surrounding student casework.

You will provide administrative support for the central administration of casework to the University Student Cases team as well as providing sound, accurate data to support ad hoc requests such as Freedom of Information and student casework reports as required.  Working closely with the Policy Officers in the University Student Cases team, you will have experience of working flexibly both as part of a team and of working independently to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.

You will:

  • have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • ideally you will have experience of a casework based environment in this or a similar compliance related background
