Working within the Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate this position will join our newly established Careers Education Team which will play a key role in supporting our strategic career led vision through working in collaboration with academic colleagues to co-design and deliver employability education. This role provides an opportuntiy for an experienced practitioner to shape our employability agenda and lead a range of initiatives with our Careers Education Manager.

We recently launched a new Graduate Attributes and Skills Framework, have begun the roll out of  a Career Passport for every student and are undertaking a review of our placement and work-based learning model – this makes it an exciting time to be joining the university and a growing service as we achieve our career-led vision.  

You’ll have experience of embedding careers education in the curriculum and have strong labour market knowledge and have worked proactively with regional and national organisations and employers. Candidates will also be experienced in leading, developing and delivering engaging innovative careers and employability activities in a variety of settings and able to build positive professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally.
