An opportunity has arisen within the new cafe operation at Surrey Sports Park for a proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team.

As a Cafe Supervisor at this busy prestigious Sports Park you will work closely with the team in ensuring the store is running efficiently. This a 7-day operation - you will be working 40 hours per week over 5 days including some evenings and weekends as rostered by the Cafe Manager. You will ideally come from a catering background and have good skills along with a real drive to succeed and grow.

This role will take responsibility for assisting in the day-to-day supervision of Baristas within the cafe and running fantastic shifts. 

Your day-to-day activities include:

  • Operational day to day supervision of staff
  • Skilled job role activity such as customer service duties, handling payments, preparation of service and customer areas.
  • Operational control
  • Food and Beverage
  • Training duties

You will have:

  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Some catering experience
  • Previous cash handling experience
  • Experience of working within a team
