Role Description

About the Role

This is an exciting and challenging post that will play a key part in ensuring that the University meets its objectives in education, research and innovation. You will work as part of a small team to support research and learning technology for the University. Leading on timetabling and space management platforms and providing support, training, documentation, and reporting for users and key stakeholders as well as collaborating on development and implementation projects as the ecosystems evolve.

About You

You will be educated to degree level in an IT/Computer Science subject or have equivalent experience. You will have experience or supporting internal customers, working with stakeholders, and working in project and operational teams. You will have experience of managing off-the-shelf database-driven platforms and working with data to ensure it is accurate. You will have strong business awareness, analytical and problem solving skills, and an enthusiasm to get the job done.
