Due to the success of our recently launched suite of Business Enterprise Development programmes and as part of our commitment to develop the entrepreneurial skill base of local, national and international students, applications are invited for a new post as a Business Enterprise Development Coach. We are seeking candidates who are flexible, creative and committed to life-long learning.  You should be able to evidence your ability and desire to support ‘learning by doing’, team-based approaches to learning and working as part of a collaborative team of coaches.

You will have the ability to support a range of team coaching based learning activities and, through commitment to excellent teaching, scholarship and citizenship, you will add to our local, national, and international business and community engagement work. You will need a good first degree in a relevant subject area or be able to demonstrate excellence in coaching, as well as holding, or being committed to obtaining, Senior Fellowship of the HEA.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate significant experience of, and commitment to, working with learner-centered, enquiry-based and practice led pedagogic approaches.  You will have developed innovative learning materials and programmes and provided comprehensive pastoral support to students.
