The opportunity
In an ever-changing world, creativity drives us forward and shapes a better future for everyone. It defines cultures, drives economies and powers social progress. We believe in the power of creativity to find solutions to the world’s biggest issues and are evolving as an organisation to deliver our 10-year strategy that focuses on this challenge. To do this we need to continue to develop, manage and evolve our brand to meet the requirements of the strategy, a key focus of this role will be to develop a strategy for brand management to support the wider organisation. This role is focused on managing the University of the Arts London (UAL) brand and its relationships to UAL Colleges, departments and sub-brands within a flexible, coherent and consistent framework.
About you
In the Brand and Creative Services team, we look after a complex brand architecture and so you will be a detail-orientated brand manager, with significant experience of managing complex brand systems and the ability to drive effective change throughout a large matrix organisation. You will be responsible for providing guidance, training and consultancy so that all staff are able to work with the UAL brand to best effect. This role also has responsibility for managing a roster of external creative services suppliers that all departments use.
If you have any queries about this role or need any reasonable adjustments for your application, please contact Twinkle Brahmbhatt, Senior Resourcing Adviser via email at [email protected].
