An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, providing vital technical support for our teaching and research activities. You will be supporting students studying on our Mechanical, Biomedical and Design Engineering programmes and supporting the research activity across the School.

The college has recently restructured its Technical services and input significant investment to upgrade its facilities and invest in staff development. We are seeking an individual who is customer-focused and has the ability work well with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have experience of using electronics CAD packages (KiCAD, Proteus or equivalent), using microcontroller platforms (arduino, raspberryPI and similar), experience of building electronic and electrical test rigs and SMD soldering.
