Bar and Retail Supervisor

·      We are seeking a highly-motivated Bar and Retail Supervisor to work successfully within the Campus and Commercial Services team in the Student Bar and Campus Shop providing a high-class Food and Drink Service to Students, Staff,Visitors,Conferencedelegatesandhigh-classfunctions.

·    You will report directly to the Operations Manager of Campus and Commercial Services and assist in the daily planning, management and supervision of the Student  Bar and Campus Shop.

Your duties will include ensuring that the Bar and The Campus Shop meets the requirements of the Food Safety Act, Healthand Safety, all Licensing Laws and any other relevant Legislation; these tasks will include overseeing and monitoring the Universities HACCP process, staff development and to provide a managerial role.

You will be educated to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and have experience in a catering or similar environment. Bar experience is desirable.
