We are looking for a full time AV assistant to help us deliver excellent customer-facing AV and IT Helpdesk support, based at our Camden Campus.

You will play an important role in the provision of services to students and staff of the College and sometimes visitors and contractors. The post holder will contribute to the efficient operation of the busy Helpdesk and will be directly involved in supporting audio-visual services for teaching and meetings and fault finding and maintenance of AV equipment. In addition to this the post holder will assist the Helpdesk team in providing technical hardware and software support to the College’s community of staff and students accessing ISD services both remotely and on-site.

We are looking for candidates with suitable experience, a positive and flexible attitude and great customer service standards.
