Falmouth University has a history of more than 100 years of creative thinking and design innovation. Established in 1902 as Falmouth School of Art, we have grown to become a digital innovation hub, delivering impact for lives and economies through the development of new knowledge, solutions, services and products. Today, our undergraduate and postgraduate courses represent the breadth of the creative industries, the fastest growing sector in the UK economy. Falmouth's specialisms will be key to future economic and cultural success both at a local and global level.

Our ambitious 2030 Strategy, 'Doing it for Real', is designed to deliver yet further growth in our student numbers and income through portfolio diversification, innovation, research and commercial ventures. It will establish Falmouth as the market leader for creative industries and entrepreneurship education over the next decade, capitalising on our considerable assets in innovation-led research and business incubation.

To help deliver our 2030 Strategy, we are now looking to recruit an Associate Lecturer to join our School of Entrepreneurship.

Based in the School of Entrepreneurship at our Penryn Campus; you will be responsible for delivering teaching onto Undergraduate courses within our innovative Business and Experience Design Subject area; helping our students join the next generation of pioneering digital marketers, managers and entrepreneurs. We believe entrepreneurship is a mindset, not a job title. Today's students will graduate into a world of new opportunities that will take their careers in directions we can't currently imagine. As new technologies reshape our world, professionals across every sector must be ready to solve increasingly complex problems in creative and sustainable ways. That's where you come in.

We are seeking someone with relevant academic experience and exposure to the field of marketing including decision making processes, customer acquisition and employee engagement.

We offer excellent facilities and benefits to our staff. These include generous holiday entitlements, relocation assistance, contributory pension scheme, and training and development opportunities. Full details regarding employment benefits can be found on our careers site.
