About Learning Experiences & Innovation

Learning Experiences & Innovation (LXI) is the ‘go-to’ service across the Exeter learning community in empowering our students, academics, staff and partners to co-create a distinctive learning experience where every learner thrives. LXI consists of seven main units; Academic Development, Student Voice & Change, Learning Development, Learning Design, Experimentation & Innovation; Programme Design & Quality Enhancement, and Educational Policy, Quality & Standards. The teams work alongside and in support of several portfolios focussed on the University’s key strategic aims and its Faculties priorities.

LXI is part of the Education and Academic Services (EAS) Division. EAS brings together all the key administration and educational support that underpins the student and educator experience. Alongside TQAE this includes Faculty Operations, Sport, Arts and Culture and all elements of Education and Student Support.
