Salary

Lecturer - Full time Starting salary is normally in the range of £45,751 to £50,798 per annum with potential progression to £63,059 per annum OR Senior Lecturer/Reader/Associate Professor – Full time Starting salary is normally in the range of £55,753 to £61,942 per annum with potential progression to £76,988 per annum

About the Role

The School of Management is one of the oldest business schools in Europe. To support our growth, we are seeking to appoint a new member of faculty at Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Reader or Associate Professor level. As a member of the sales faculty, you will deliver teaching programmes, contribute to thought leadership and lead on industry engagement to develop partnerships, events, executive education, and industry-focused research across the themes of: Professional Selling, Key Account Management, Account Based Marketing & Commercial Negotiation.

About You

We are seeking an individual who may be at the start of their academic career or those with more established research and/or teaching profile who can demonstrate expertise across business-to-business relationships, strategic selling, key account management or related topics. You will have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to engage at a senior level with industry.

We will support the successful candidate to gain a post graduate degree in teaching, learning and assessment in higher education.
