Peoples Futures Limited (a subsidiary of Coventry University) is currently recruiting to a new Assistant Teaching Fellow position in Mathematics.  Working in the School of Computing, Mathematics and Data Science, within the Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing, this role will focus on teaching delivery to support the student experience through inspirational teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The School of Computing, Mathematics and Data Science is looking for a Teaching fellow in Mathematics and Physics to support the delivery of undergraduate mathematics and Physics suite of courses and MSc in data science.

We are looking for a candidate with experience of teaching mathematics and physics at higher education. In particular we are looking to expand teaching portfolio in:

  • Algebra
  • Calculus
  • Computational Physics
  • Core Physics Modules such as Solid State Physics

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics or Physics or a good Honors Degree and an appropriate professional qualification and/or membership
  • A teaching qualification or some experience of delivering professional and/or university education
  • A contextualised knowledge of pedagogy and innovative teaching methods
