Salary: £38,592 to £53,353 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, which is based in the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department of Nottingham University Business School. The person appointed will be expected to contribute to teaching on the range of programmes offered by the School at undergraduate and postgraduate level and support professional development and executive education courses. They will also be required to make an appropriate contribution to administration.
Candidates should have a PhD (or be close to completion) in a relevant area together with teaching experience at HE level in relevant subjects. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in relevant subjects across the areas of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Research interests in relevant areas that complement existing research within the Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management Department and publications in academic journals in relevant areas are also required. In particular, alignment with one or more of the strategic research priorities of the Department’s WEORG research group is also necessary.
