Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be working 36-45 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, overseeing, delivering and training staff on our cocktail-led menu.

Time will be divided between bar and food service, and delivering efficient, engaging and friendly customer service will underpin everything you do, as you work closely with our well-organised team to run the bar in a fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee, deliver and train cocktail led menu
  • Run the bar efficiently alongside supervisors and team members to collaboratively run a smooth shift
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times
  • Adapt easily to the requirements of a busy, fast-paced bar operation
  • Run a team of up to 6 staff per shift
  • Work on a rotating schedule between 10 hour, 8 hour, day and night shifts
  • Comply with Health and Safety, Food Safety, and all other associated procedures and standards

Bar experience is essential, with cocktail knowledge highly desirable.
