We’re looking for someone with the passion to support the production of a creative, collaborative, and accessible arts-based event programmes and opportunities that contribute to enhancing the student experience.
The Students’ Guild has a wide range of student-led activities which provide diverse opportunities for our members. This role within the Arts Development team will support and empower students to create and deliver arts-based activities, as well as championing a diverse range of student-led creative interests that enable development, participation and belonging.
The Arts Development Co-ordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of our arts-based events programmes and activities as well as supporting a wide range of creative based groups to produce high level events, performances, and workshops.

Hours: 35 hours per week (to be worked flexibly)
Salary: Grade B £23,104.91 to £26,194.60
Contract: Permanent

The Students’ Guild is the University of Exeter’s students’ union, led by students for students. What will you bring?
- You’ll have some experience in scoping, initiating and managing projects and event programmes.
- You'll be able to demonstrate a personal interest or professional background in the arts
- You’ll be capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities for creative development to enhance student experience
