Salary Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £26,860 to £30,513 per annum, with potential progression up to £37,701 per annum.

Role Description  

About the Role

This role supports the Apprenticeship Office with its obligations to meet the regulatory and statutory requirements of ESFA and Ofsted, particularly in relation to the onboarding and initial assessment of apprentices, including eligibility and suitability checks.  The postholder will work closely with colleagues in Admissions and Registry and will establish efficient and effective relationships with academic colleagues. The postholder will be frontline in the provision of exemplary customer service, whilst maintaining compliance in a highly regulated environment.

 About You

You will use your exceptional administrative and organizational skills to manage a busy and varied workload. You will be pro-active with an inquisitive mind, keen to find solutions and influence good practice in relation to providing an outstanding apprenticeship experience for our learners and employers. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be imperative in this role. This role requires someone who thrives on being organised with exceptional attention to detail and who can keep up with developments in a fast-paced sector.  Experience of ESFA and Ofsted in a Higher Education or Further Education environment would be an advantage. You will work with apprenticeship applicants, employers and academic and professional service staff to ensure that we meet regulatory requirements in relation to onboarding, initial assessment and eligibility checks for Cranfield’s growing apprenticeship portfolio.
