Role Description

About the Role

The core responsibility of this role is to proactively support the Apprenticeship Team, and the other members of the wider team who are based in Schools and Professional Service Units across the university as well as maintaining high quality contact with apprentices, employers and End Point Assessment Organisations.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who have an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude towards establishing new and continually improving processes. You will have a passion for education, development and helping learners achieve their potential via apprenticeships. You will champion the use of technology to underpin and evidence the apprentices learning and support the journey towards successful apprenticeship completion.

About You

You will have sound knowledge of data protection regulations and be experienced in co-ordinating events and activities.   Experience of working within an Apprenticeship or Higher Education environment and have awareness of learner support needs would be advantageous. You will be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, while balancing competing priorities without comprising your attention to detail.
