Salary

Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £26,860 to £30,513 per annum, with potential progression up to £37,701 per annum.


About the Role

The main responsibilities of this role involve providing information, advice and guidance in response to change in circumstance requests from apprentices and other stakeholders, ensuring that prompt action is taken. The role ensures Cranfield meets its obligations via effective record keeping and evidence pack collation, maintaining compliance with statutory, funding regulation and assessment body requirements while providing exemplary customer service. The role is key in delivering a positive change experience for apprentices, employers and professional services staff supporting successful completion of apprenticeship learning aims.

About You

You will use your exceptional administrative and organizational skills to manage a busy and varied workload. You will be pro-active with an inquisitive mind, keen to offer a range of appropriate solutions within regulatory parameters, providing an outstanding apprenticeship experience for our learners and employers. This role requires someone who thrives on being organised with exceptional attention to detail and who can keep up with developments in a fast-paced sector.  Experience of ESFA and Ofsted in a Higher Education or Further Education environment would be an advantage.  You will work with apprentices, employers and academic and professional service staff to ensure that we meet regulatory requirements in relation to changes in circumstances for Cranfield’s growing apprenticeship portfolio.
