About the Role

You will be responsible for the management and coordination of the lifecycle for apprenticeships.  This will include the development, implementation and review of processes that support the application process for apprentices and their employers (eligibility checks, initial assessment) and the capture of data and information necessary for the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and the Individualised Learner Record (ILR). You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Apprenticeships Office, plus wider teams across the University to support a positive experience for Cranfield apprentices and lead on activities that will have University-wide impact.

About You

You will use your exceptional organisational skills to manage a busy and varied workload. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will be imperative in this role. You will thrive on being organised with exceptional attention to detail and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment together with developments in a fast-paced sector.  It is essential that you are able to understand complex regulatory documents and apply rules fairly and consistently, taking prompt action to resolve eligibility and compliance issues.   Experience of ESFA and Ofsted in a Higher Education or Further Education environment would be an advantage.
