This is a full time, 37 hours per week, post fixed term until end October 2022.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic individual, with good relationship management skills, to support the work of the UK partnerships and apprenticeships team to ensure compliance with funding rules relating to the University’s portfolio of higher and degree level apprenticeships, and provide support to our FE college partners delivering Brookes HE qualifications.

You will develop relationships with partners and programme teams within the University, helping to ensure that the University has a full audit trail in place for all apprentices and supporting the implementation of a new central apprenticeship management system.

You will also build relationships within our FE college partners acting as a primary point of contact, working proactively to support the resolution of queries as well as supporting the recruitment and enrolment of students.

You will need to communicate effectively with different audiences at all levels, be able to work independently but also as a member of a team, and have the ability to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.

Organised and methodical, with a commitment to accuracy and detail, you will need to work effectively under pressure, have experience of using IT systems, and be fully appreciative of the need for discretion and confidentiality.
