The University of Sussex is seeking an Apprenticeship Quality Manager to provide strategic direction in the design and delivery of the quality assurance arrangements that relate specifically to apprenticeship provision.  This post becomes available at a very exciting time at the University as we build our apprenticeship provision.  It presents an opportunity for the postholder to be instrumental in the design and delivery of a suite of quality assurance processes, that meet both the University’s requirements and those of relevant external regulatory bodies and ensure that apprentices and employers receive the best possible experience.

Whilst based in the University Academic Quality and Partnerships team, the postholder will work closely with our Apprenticeship Hub which sits in the Division of Operations and Strategic Planning, and with colleagues across our academic schools providing expert advice and guidance.

We are looking for a team player with a strong background in quality assurance and enhancement with an understanding of the regulatory environment and a proven track record in their application to apprenticeship provision in higher education.
