About this role

Sitting within the Apprenticeship team, the Apprenticeship Onboarding Administrator role will be at the heart of a small but vibrant department. Based at the Bognor Regis campus you will provide efficient, effective and professional administrative support to the staff, students and other stakeholders in the Department, to enhance administrative processes and the staff and student experience.

About you

You will demonstrate a broad knowledge of administrative practices and processes that support the delivery of a professional, customer focused service. You will have a good standard of education with a high level of literacy and numeracy and knowledge of administrative systems. You will demonstrate outstanding accuracy and attention to detail and will have experience of working in a busy environment, working to tight deadlines.

The ability to build good rapport and relationships quickly is a must, while an understanding of the Apprenticeship landscape in England would be desirable.
