We have a fantastic opportunity to join the University’s Global Marketing and Business Service as an Applicant Services Advisor. Reporting to an Applicant Services Coordinator, the successful candidates will provide a high quality, professional and positive customer focused support service. The post will include dealing with a wide range of enquiries which will include telephone, email, live chat and social media. You will also be required to provide support to the wider Applicant Service Team when necessary.

The Applicant Services Team play a key role in the success of the University’s strategy, and you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the Team.

You will have very good customer service skills and experience, as well as a positive outlook and good communication skills.
