We are looking for three talented Business Analysts to join our Strategic Change Team.
The Opportunity:
At the University of Edinburgh, and aligned with Strategy 2030, there are a number of exciting positions becoming available within the Strategic Change function all of which will play a fundamental role in helping us to achieve our strategic ambitions.
The current and growing portfolio of programme and project work is both varied and exciting, ranging from the large scale and longer duration Curriculum Transformation Programme through to shorter duration Professional Service Improvement projects.
The Curriculum Transformation Programme has been live since the early part of 2021, significant progress has already been made since initiation working towards our critical milestones. Looking ahead across the next year the Programme is seeking to recruit two talented and experienced Business Analysts to work with us through into the next phase of work as we focus upon both the development of the curriculum offer and the supporting environment through which it is delivered.
For Professional Services, current project activity ranges from delivering service improvements to Communications and Marketing, delivering the University’s People Strategy through to working with colleagues across the institution to identify and deliver new continual improvement. We are seeking one Business Analyst to work with the Professional Services Project Team.
Your skills and attributes for success:
- Significant and demonstrable prior experience of working as a Business Analyst within a major change programme/project
- Critical thinker and an adept problem solver
- Strong self-organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload
- Effective communicator, confident engaging with a broad and varied stakeholder community
- Whilst not essential, experience of working within the education environment would be welcomed
