The R&A Product team is in search of an enthusiastic and passionate Report Developer who is eager to learn and advance in a highly data-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining multi-technology systems, as well as overseeing the reporting suite.

Key responsibilities include bug fixes, design and development of visualizations, creation of business and technical documents, platform testing during upgrades/patches, database scripting in Snowflake/Oracle, user engagements, and providing 2nd and 3rd line support.

Essential Skills :

  • Minimum of 5-6 years of IT experience mainly using BO 4.2 & above (WebI/ IDT/UDT) and (Tableau dashboard and server 2022 OR  MS PowerBI )
  • Working knowledge using Snowflake, DBT, oracle 19c,
  • Experience working in agile-scrum framework and familiar with scrum ceremonies
  • Experience translating business requirement into technical document and vice-versa.
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new information, technologies and employ them to solve technical issues.
  • Analytical problem resolution skills and the ability to use them effectively in an information systems environment
  • Ability to manage competing end-user demands and time-critical schedules, prioritising simultaneous issues and rapidly evaluating alternate action plans

Desirable Skill:

  • Experience of working in higher education
  • experience in the installation and configuration of Business Objects (BO) applications on Windows platforms.
  • automated data movement platform - Fivetran
  • effectively working with Azure Data Storage and Databases
  • Working experience in DevOps set-up
  • Use of Software change & configuration management tools
