We are looking for a professional, proactive and customer focused individual who will be responsible for a range of routine and project based-activities. You will supervise the Allocations and Sales Advisory team (Student Living) and proactively support the Accommodation Manager (Allocations and Sales), to ensure occupancy and licence agreement income is maximised while ensuring a high level of student and customer satisfaction is reached.

Salary: Grade 6 from:  £32,995 to £ 37,488 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £ 39,607 per annum inclusive of London Weighting through sustained exceptional contribution. (Pro-rata if Part-time)

We are looking for a professional, proactive and customer focused individual who will be responsible for a range of routine and project based-activities. You will supervise the Allocations and Sales Advisory team (Student Living) and proactively support the Accommodation Manager (Allocations and Sales), to ensure occupancy and licence agreement income is maximised while ensuring a high level of student and customer satisfaction is reached.

You will have experience of team leadership and training and working in a busy and varied environment. Managing behaviours and safeguarding, as well as demonstrating initiative, decision making and composure under pressure are vital for this role. You will lead a multi skilled team to deliver excellent student allocations service to support the University whilst ensuring a high-quality service is met for a large and diverse customer base.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or be able to demonstrate transferable skills with sound knowledge of work practices, processes and procedures relevant to supporting staff and their wellbeing. Proven experience of working with students or young people in an advisory and support is essential. You will possess leadership skills, as well as the ability to solve problems within a complex organisational and regulatory environment. Spoken and written communication skills are essential as well as IT literacy.
