We do require and expect a weekly presence in the office, and only occasions when we have new starters, team meetings etc, the days in the office would increase

We are currently recruiting an Admissions Team Leader who will be responsible for the management of a team of Admissions officers and Senior Admissions Officers, ensuring all applications are assessed correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner.

As Admissions Team Leader you will manage related dedicated inboxes and ensure queries are actioned appropriately and in timely manner by the team as well as manage the day-to-day team activities to include auditing and monitoring performance/activities providing feedback to individuals in 121’s

You'll also support in the design and be responsible for delivering the training for our admissions officers.

About You:

We would like to hear from applicants who;

  • Experience of working in a high-volume data processing environment.
  • Significant admissions experience within HE environment
  • Line management skills that could include coaching, motivation and managing team performance
  • Growing awareness of developments in higher education and external professional environment that impact on academic affairs.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the work practices, processes and university regulations relevant to the role, which may include broader sector awareness.
