This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Admissions Team within our Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate.

Overall Purpose of the post of Admissions Associate:

The Admissions team delivers timely and accurate processing of admissions decisions, informed by professional knowledge of global qualifications, and academic and contextual background. The team works closely with colleagues in faculties, as well as with agents and UK and international partners, to ensure that applicants to all UG and PGT courses receive fair and equitable assessment. The team plays a key role in ensuring the University’s compliance with regulatory and professional accreditation requirements.

Admissions Associates use defined entry criteria and an understanding of UK and international qualifications to make decisions on standard applications for study at undergraduate and postgraduate level. They provide high levels of accuracy, working to standard operating procedures and agreed turnaround times.

Qualifications and Experience for the post of Admissions Associate:

We want to hear from candidates who have experience of;

●      Experience of delivering a high quality customer experience.

●      Experience of delivering high levels of accuracy, including at periods of significant workload.

●      The post holder will have excellent ability to work efficiently and accurately within a database and/or CRM system.

We support a work-life balance for all staff, including career breaks, job sharing, flexible hours, etc. The team is based in our recently refurbished offices on our Headington Campus, joining other colleagues who work approximately two days a week in the office and the remainder at home.
