The ISRO will be expected to deliver: i) Operational plan for recruitment in the priority market segment ii) Create and use programs, services, and tools customized to fit with the dynamics and characteristics of the market segment. iii) Robust and effective relationships and partnerships with foreign agents, institutions, organizations and sponsors, as appropriate to the market segment. In close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment and Exchange and other ISROs, an ISRO is responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective applicants, engaging and communicating about the value of UAEU education, and converting applications ready for handoff to admissions. The ISRO participates in international scholarship award decisions as a member of the International Student Scholarship Review Committee and works with the Admissions and Scholarships Unit to support efficiencies of international admission processes.
