St John’s College, one of the largest Colleges within the University of Cambridge, is seeking to appoint an Administrator into its friendly library team in its stunning College grounds in Central Cambridge to provide administrative support to the Sub-Librarian. The hours of this role are particularly ideal for someone looking to pick up extra hours alongside another role or offer flexibility for childcare reasons.

The successful candidate will have good attention to detail, be self-motivated and a good communicator. Experience in office and administration, excellent secretarial/word processing/IT skills and a solid understanding of Microsoft Word are preferred. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys variety in their day to day at work and working with a range of different people.
